  • Online sessions only: this is designated for individual adults (18+) seeking therapy for anxiety and depressive symptoms such as: anxiousness, excessive worry, fear, panic attacks, issues with sleep, irritability, difficulty concentrating, feeling tense or restless, low moods, loss of interest, issues with appetite, avoidant behaviors, social withdrawal, persistent discontent or sadness, feelings of hopelessness, negative or intrusive thoughts, fatigue or lack of energy, low motivation, or feelings of emptiness.

    Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly focused on rewiring unhelpful thought patterns, exploring and understanding the root cause of anxiety or depression, and learning new strategies to manage and control symptoms.

  • Online sessions only: this is designated for individual adults (18+) seeking therapy for Substance Use Disorders (SUDS), substance dependency, compulsive behaviors/patterns, or other addiction issues.

    Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly focused on exploring the root cause of addictive behaviors, rewiring unhelpful thought patterns, managing any unresolved emotional or mental health issues, learning new strategies to combat life’s obstacles, re-discovering your self, while creating a new and healthy lifestyle free from substances.

  • Online sessions only: this is designated for individual adults (18+) seeking therapy for low confidence, low self-esteem, lack of self-worth, guilt or shame, and other self-image issues.

    Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly focused on building self-awareness, resilience, positive self-talk, compassion, strengths, and empowerment, exploring the root cause of the negative self-image, rewiring unhelpful thought patterns, and cultivating self-care.

  • The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, what goals you might have, and your personal history. It’s also an opportunity to see if we’re a good fit.

  • Sessions are typically 50 minutes long. Longer sessions may be available based on your needs.

  • I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum, Oscar, and Oxford. I also accept private pay.

  • That’s perfectly okay! You don’t need to know exactly what to say or do. Therapy is a process, and we’ll take it step by step together. You’re welcome just as you are!

  • I blend evidence-based therapeutic approaches with holistic practices to support healing and personal growth. Some of the evidence-based practices include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy. These methods are well-researched and proven effective for a variety of concerns.

    In addition to these, I integrate holistic practices such as mindfulness techniques, breath work, guided visualizations, and body awareness to support a more well-rounded and personalized experience. This mind-body approach honors the whole person and allows for deeper exploration, healing, and self-discovery.

  • This varies based on your goals, needs, and availability. Many clients start with weekly sessions and adjust as progress is made. We can explore this together to see what feels right.

  • Yes! Confidentiality is a foundational part of therapy. There are a few legal exceptions, such as concerns about safety, which we can review before we begin.

  • Currently, all sessions are offered online. This allows for greater flexibility, comfort, and accessibility for clients no matter where they are located (in Texas.) Many clients find that being in the comfort of their own space helps them relax more deeply and engage more openly in the therapy process. All online therapy sessions are held on a secure and private platform.

Pricing & Payment Types:

Talk therapy: $130 per 50 minutes

Private pay or insurances accepted: Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Texas, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oscar, & Oxford.

Sliding scale available for those that qualify.
