Depression can impact every part of daily life - your energy, motivation, relationships, self-esteem, and ability to feel connected to yourself and others. I work with adults experiencing symptoms of depression such as persistent sadness, low motivation, hopelessness, fatigue, irritability, difficulty concentrating, changes in sleep or appetite, loss of interest in activities, feelings of guilt or worthlessness, and emotional numbness.
Together, we’ll explore the underlying factors contributing to depression while building practical tools to help you feel more supported, balanced, and engaged in your life again. Therapy is tailored to your individual needs and focused on creating meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels manageable for you.
Sessions may include identifying unhelpful thought patterns, improving emotional awareness, strengthening coping skills, processing life stressors or past experiences, and reconnecting with activities, relationships, and routines that support your well-being.
Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly through a secure online platform for adults ages 18 and older.

If anxiety has been taking up too much space in your life, therapy can help you feel more grounded, calm, and in control. I work with adults experiencing anxiety symptoms such as excessive worry, racing thoughts, panic attacks, sleep difficulties, irritability, overthinking, restlessness, difficulty relaxing, physical tension, and trouble concentrating.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns contributing to your anxiety, better understand the underlying causes, and develop practical tools to help you manage symptoms more effectively. Sessions are tailored to your unique experiences and goals, with a focus on creating lasting change - not just temporary relief.
Therapy may include learning how to challenge unhelpful thought patterns, regulate physical symptoms of anxiety, improve coping skills, build self-awareness, and develop healthier responses to stress and uncertainty.
Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly through a secure online platform for adults ages 18 and older.
-
Addictive behaviors can develop as a way to cope with stress, emotional pain, anxiety, trauma, or overwhelming life experiences. I work with adults struggling with patterns that may feel difficult to control, including substance use or misuse, compulsive behaviors, unhealthy coping habits, or cycles of avoidance and emotional dependence.
Together, we’ll explore the underlying factors contributing to these behaviors while building healthier ways to manage emotions, stress, triggers, and daily challenges. Therapy is focused on increasing self-awareness, reducing shame, strengthening coping skills, and creating sustainable change that supports your overall well-being and goals.
Sessions may include identifying patterns and triggers, improving emotional regulation, developing healthier coping strategies, rebuilding self-trust, and working toward greater balance and control in your life. Whether you are newly recognizing these concerns or have been struggling for years, therapy can provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for growth and healing.
Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly through a secure online platform for adults ages 18 and older.

Grief can affect every part of life and may arise from many different types of loss - not only the death of a loved one, but also relationship changes, life transitions, identity shifts, health concerns, or other deeply personal experiences. Grief can feel overwhelming, isolating, confusing, or unpredictable, impacting your emotions, thoughts, relationships, and daily functioning.
Therapy offers a supportive space to process loss at your own pace while making room for your emotions without judgment or pressure. Together, we’ll work toward understanding your grief experience, navigating difficult emotions, and finding ways to cope while honoring what has been lost.
Sessions may include processing emotions such as sadness, anger, guilt, numbness, or anxiety; exploring changes in identity and relationships; developing coping strategies; and learning ways to move through grief with greater self-compassion and support. There is no “right” way to grieve, and healing does not mean forgetting - it means learning how to carry your experiences in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.
Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly through a secure online platform for adults ages 18 and older.

Struggles with self-worth can impact the way you see yourself, navigate relationships, set boundaries, and respond to challenges in everyday life. You may find yourself battling self-doubt, harsh self-criticism, perfectionism, people-pleasing, comparison, difficulty trusting yourself, or feeling “not good enough” despite your efforts and accomplishments.
Therapy can help you better understand the experiences and beliefs that have shaped the way you view yourself while creating space for greater self-compassion, confidence, and emotional resilience. Together, we’ll work toward developing a healthier relationship with yourself and building patterns that support your emotional well-being and personal growth.
Sessions may include exploring self-esteem, boundaries, identity, perfectionism, relationship dynamics, emotional awareness, coping strategies, and the inner dialogue that influences how you move through life. The goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to your authentic self.
Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly through a secure online platform for adults ages 18 and older.

Many of the ways we think, cope, communicate, and respond to stress are shaped by past experiences, family dynamics, and learned behaviors. Sometimes these patterns no longer serve us, leaving us feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, people-pleasing, unhealthy relationships, emotional overwhelm, self-criticism, avoidance, or difficulty setting boundaries.
Therapy can help you better understand these recurring patterns, where they come from, and how to begin creating healthier ways of thinking, relating, and coping. Together, we’ll work toward increasing self-awareness, building emotional resilience, and making intentional changes that align with the life and relationships you want for yourself.
Sessions may include exploring family dynamics, attachment patterns, communication styles, boundaries, emotional regulation, self-worth, and coping strategies. The goal is not perfection, but creating meaningful and sustainable change that helps you feel more empowered and connected in your daily life.
Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly through a secure online platform for adults ages 18 and older.

Stress can affect both your mental and physical well-being, especially when it becomes chronic or overwhelming. Whether stress is related to work, relationships, life transitions, family responsibilities, burnout, or day-to-day pressures, it can leave you feeling emotionally exhausted, irritable, anxious, disconnected, or unable to fully relax.
Therapy can help you better understand how stress is impacting your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and body while developing healthier ways to cope and respond. Together, we’ll work on identifying stressors, improving emotional balance, building resilience, and creating practical strategies that help you feel more grounded and in control.
Sessions may include developing coping skills, improving boundaries, managing overwhelm, reducing anxiety-related symptoms, increasing self-awareness, and creating routines and habits that support your overall well-being. The goal is not to eliminate stress entirely, but to help you navigate life’s challenges in a healthier and more sustainable way.
Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly through a secure online platform for adults ages 18 and older.

For individuals seeking deeper self-understanding, spiritual growth, and personal transformation, therapy or BQH can provide a grounded and supportive space to explore the connection between mind, body, emotions, and inner awareness. I work with adults who feel called to better understand themselves, reconnect with their intuition, explore their purpose, or navigate spiritual awakening and personal expansion.
This space may be especially supportive for those interested in spiritual exploration practices such as meditation, mindfulness, energy awareness, subconscious exploration, or BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing). Together, we can explore the emotional, relational, and personal experiences that arise along your journey while helping you stay connected, balanced, and emotionally supported in everyday life.
For more information about BQH, check out the page dedicated to this powerful and transformational form of healing.

I blend evidence-based therapeutic approaches with holistic practices to support healing and personal growth. Some of the evidence-based practices include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Reality Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy. These methods are well-researched and proven effective for a variety of concerns.
In addition to these, I integrate holistic practices such as mindfulness techniques, breath work, guided visualizations, and body awareness to support a more well-rounded and personalized experience. This mind-body approach honors the whole person and allows for deeper exploration, healing, and self-discovery.
