Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly focused on uncovering and healing unresolved trauma and the impact is has had on your life by: increasing distress tolerance skills, regaining control with thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, rewiring unhelpful thought patterns, strengthening emotional regulation skills, while creating a pathway towards a safe and healthy life.

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, what goals you might have, and your personal history. It’s also an opportunity to see if we’re a good fit.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long. Extended sessions are available for private pay only.

I blend evidence-based therapeutic approaches with holistic practices to support healing and personal growth. Some of the evidence-based practices include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Reality Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy. These methods are well-researched and proven effective for a variety of concerns.
In addition to these, I integrate holistic practices such as mindfulness techniques, breath work, guided visualizations, and body awareness to support a more well-rounded and personalized experience. This mind-body approach honors the whole person and allows for deeper exploration, healing, and self-discovery.

Yes! Confidentiality is a foundational part of therapy. There are a few legal exceptions, such as concerns about safety, which we can review before we begin.

Currently, all sessions are offered online. This allows for greater flexibility, comfort, and accessibility for clients no matter where they are located (in Texas.) Many clients find that being in the comfort of their own space helps them relax more deeply and engage more openly in the therapy process. All online therapy sessions are held on a secure and private platform.
Pricing & Payment Types:
Talk therapy: $130 per 50 minutes
Private pay or insurances accepted: Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Texas, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oscar, & Oxford.
Extended sessions available: $195 per 90 minutes (private pay only)
Sliding scale available for those that qualify.
